MotorK co-founder to tell founders how decisions get made in bad weather
Marco Marlia, co-founder and President of MotorK, will deliver a keynote titled "Weathering the Storm" at the EU-Startups Summit 2027, held on May 13-14, 2027 in Malta before around 2,500 founders and investors. MotorK, which he co-founded in 2010, listed on Euronext Amsterdam in 2021, raising €75 million at an implied market capitalisation of €261 million.
The company Marlia will describe now employs over 300 people across 8 countries and serves more than 6,000 dealer groups, a shape built through stages of growth, international expansion, fundraising and public markets. His stated subject is what founders do when conditions are far from ideal: whether each difficult decision moves a company toward the outcome it chose, or merely settles the loudest pressure of that quarter.
