Spiich raises three million euros to strip admin from selling
Spiich, a Stockholm-based AI sales agent startup founded in June 2025 by Johan Torssell and Dennis Hadzialic, raised a €3 million Seed round led by Ugly Duckling Ventures, ten months after a €600k pre-Seed and bringing total funding to €3.6 million. Alliance VC, Cherry Ventures and returning backer Ampli Ventures joined. Salesforce estimates non-selling work consumes 78% of a salesperson's time.
The company built its product around a fixed point rather than the loudest demand of the moment: selling stays human, and everything surrounding it gets absorbed. Torssell says Spiich was not built to replace salespeople but to let them sell. With more than 50 customers across 15 countries, 160%+ net revenue retention and prospecting time cut by 90%, the direction held.
