Tallinn app builder banks €614.9k while doubling revenue three months running
bilt.me, a Tallinn-based AI-native mobile app builder, has raised €614.9k, or $700k, in a pre-Seed round led by Superhero Capital, with backing from Bolt founder Markus Villig and Lightyear founder Martin Sokk. Founded in August 2025 by Uku Joost Annus, Kevin Akkermann and Karl Kiilaspää, the company says it has passed six figures in annual recurring revenue, doubling month over month for three straight months.
The money arrives against a stated end point rather than a reaction to momentum: Annus wants bilt.me to become the platform through which anyone becomes an entrepreneur via mobile apps, and the capital is earmarked for global expansion and platform capability. The supporting choices line up with that: own payments, cloud and sharing layers, exportable React Native code, a free tier and paid plans from €13 per month.
