Fleuret AI's four million euros come from security insiders who also buy its product

Fleuret AI, a Paris cybersecurity startup founded in 2026 by Yanis Grigy and Augustin Ponsin, has closed a pre-Seed round of four million euros. RAISE Ventures led it, joined by Auriga Cyber Ventures, Wind Capital, Better Angle and industry angels such as Jules Veyrat of Stoïk and Eric Fourrier of GitGuardian. The capital funds hiring and an agentic platform for continuous penetration testing.

Fleuret AI's list of investors is mostly made up of its peers in cybersecurity. Stoïk, whose chief executive Jules Veyrat and Chief Risk Officer Alexandre Andreini both invested, is also named as a customer, alongside Brevo and Yogosha. For a company of about ten people, early guidance on the product comes from backers who hold both a stake in the business and a contract to buy from it.
