Coding Giants borrows up to six million euros to push into the Americas

Coding Giants, a Warsaw-based STEM education platform for children and teenagers, has secured up to six million euros in venture debt from Orbit Capital to expand in the United States, Mexico and Spain. Founded in 2018, the company reports about fifteen million US dollars in annual recurring revenue across fifteen countries. In December 2024 it closed an eight point five million euro round led by True Global Ventures.

The public case for taking on debt comes from Wiktor Namysł, General Partner at Orbit Capital, the firm providing the money. He says Coding Giants has reached the stage where venture debt works well and that it adds flexibility without changing the fundamentals of the business. The lender is the one judging the company ready to borrow, while the money will fund acquisitions and entry into new markets.
