Seedcamp backs Vessla's bet that AI agents can cut costs in property portfolios

Vessla, a Stockholm artificial intelligence startup founded in 2026, came out of stealth in October 2026 with 2.94 million euros (3.3 million dollars) in pre-seed funding. Seedcamp led the round, which was more than two times oversubscribed. Inception Fund, Tiny VC, Lukas Saari of Tandem Health and Fredrik Hjelm of Voi and Pit also invested. Vessla runs agents on top of the software property companies already use.

The pitch is less about new rent than about the cost of staff linking scattered systems by hand: property records, suppliers, work orders and invoices, all for a single maintenance request. Chief executive Orman Gazvini says people keep the decisions while agents handle execution. Chief technology officer Kasper Janehag admits that the real test comes in messy daily operations, not in demos.
