sennder heads for one billion euros in revenue after absorbing C.H. Robinson Europe

sennder, the German digital road freight forwarder, said in October 2026 that it will reach one billion euros in annual revenue for 2026 and has finished integrating the European operations of C.H. Robinson. The company has raised more than 340 million euros and expects full-year IFRS EBITDA profitability in 2026. It moves over 150,000 shipments a month through more than 40,000 vetted carriers on its platform, sennOS.

The milestone rests on a choice that cuts against the usual scale-up reflex. sennder ranked profitability and revenue quality above volume growth and actively pruned its customer portfolio. Gross profit per operator rose 45 percent year over year, a gain the company credits to scale, a single platform and reasoning AI agents. Growth was steered toward a stated end, profitable volume, rather than toward whichever demand pressed hardest.
