Autofixer borrows three million euros from Orbit Capital to grow without dilution
Autofixer, a Polish online car parts platform led by chief executive Szymon Jezierski, raised three million euros in venture debt from Orbit Capital without diluting existing shareholders. The company generated about forty-one million euros in revenue in the first ten months of 2026. It expects roughly fifty-two million euros for the full year and has posted positive monthly EBITDA since July 2026.
The case for borrowing instead of selling equity came from Wiktor Namysł, General Partner at Orbit Capital, the firm lending the money. He called venture debt a natural route at this stage. The founders, whose earlier brands Renee and born2be peaked near one hundred fourteen million euros in annual revenue under AZA Group, keep their ownership intact while the lender explains the logic of the loan.
